Context | â€‹

Airport travelers use different types of gates, terminals, and vendors to navigate their journeys. The step-by-step tasks required to move through security, find food, and secure seating can become stressful. Some challenges they encounter are over crowded gates, long walks to vendors, and losing their seats while away.

They desire an overhead rail system that delivers food and convenience items directly to their location through a mobile app. This provides them with a piece of mind, reduces congestion around terminals, and ensures safety, trust, and comfort as they remain in their current position.
